The Student Nurses’ Association is a great way to come together with your fellow nursing students to share your experiences, your struggles and your ideas. SNA provides its members with an opportunity to hear from interesting speakers, participate in raffles and be a part of an organization that strives to create the next generation of nursing leaders. Pre-nursing students, LVN students and RN students are welcome to join SNA.

Recycled SN Scrubs
Would the SNA be interested in adding a uniform donation aspect to their program? Past nursing students or students that have have changed clothing sizes would be able to donate gently used scrubs to help out new or older financially needy students obtain free scrubs. It would help some of us clear our closets of perfectly good scubs which are no longer needed.

Count me in. Somehow I doubt I'll get back in my "skinny" scrubs before graduation.
That's a great idea! I already have scrubs that are slowly becoming capri pants!
I made an announcement in the N10 class with everyone there that will be graduating in December from the RN program to bring their ceil blues and lab jackets to the pinning ceremony. It's also posted on our blog. We will need someone from SNA to pick them up then.
I am so glad to hear about the recycling, I will bring mine in as soon a s i am able.
