Get involved! Join a committee. Ask not what SNA can do for you (even though it could do a lot!)... but what you could do for SNA!
There's strength in numbers. Let's get strong together!
The Student Nurses’ Association is a great way to come together with your fellow nursing students to share your experiences, your struggles and your ideas. SNA provides its members with an opportunity to hear from interesting speakers, participate in raffles and be a part of an organization that strives to create the next generation of nursing leaders. Pre-nursing students, LVN students and RN students are welcome to join SNA.

SNA is for us
Come to monthly SNA meetings, whenever you can. There's lots of useful information. Meet other students in different semesters! Win a raffle prize, maybe. Ask questions... Network future nurses, network! Find out about clinical work experience while still in school, new RN residency programs, using PDAs, legislation affecting the profession, what recruiters say about extracurricular activities (like club involvement), etc.

What committees can I join?
Well, I'm glad you asked, Trina! You will have lots of opportunities to join in the fun (such as the Faculty Labcoats fundraiser!). Please come to the August 25 meeting to learn more!
